Professional Waveform sawblades from Trend

Trend’s Professional WAVEFORM range of circular saw blades are designed to be suitable for industrial and professional applications. These sawblades have Micro-granular carbide tips which provide long-lasting performance, even when used for a wide variety of applications in various materials, including abrasive materials. This technology also allows for the sawblades to be re-sharpened the maximum number of times, providing excellent tool life. The sawblades are laser cut from chrome alloyed steel plate that’s been hardened. The body of these circular sawblades  is tempered and roller tensioned so that they maintain trueness.

These saw blades  are available with standard sizes of bore, 16mm, 20mm, and 30mm, but they can be reamed if needed to suit any specific requirements. The standard bores are reamed to fit spindles and to ensure their balance is accurate.

Each sawblade is packed for safety, with saw blades under 260mm in diameter held in clamshell packaging and sawblades over 260mm diameter packaged in cartons. Packaging is clearly labelled with colour coding to indicate the group individual blades belong to, showing the finish they produce and the material they will cut. Each sawblade is also marked with a quick selection numbers for easy blade selection for the correct type of sawing machine.

Universal rip sawblades - Coarse finish

These coarse finish sawblades  are designed for cutting along the grain. These sawblades are ideal fro ripping applications on saw benches. They have cooling slots to allow them to be used continuously. These saw blades also have an anti-kick back, chip limiter design, and a flat tooth form.

General purpose sawblades - Medium / coarse finish

These sawblades  are for general purpose applications and produce a medium / coarse finish. These circular saw blades are ideal for use with hardwood, softwood, exotic timber, plasterboard and cement bonded board. They have an alternate top bevel tooth form.

Their tooth form is alternate top bevel.

Professional sawblade accessories - Bushing washers

The Professional sawblade bushing washers are reduction rings that will reduce the blades bore diameter for certain makes and models of powered saw. They should only be used with Professional Waveform sawblades or Trend industrial sawblades. They must be pressed or glued firmly into the blade body. You should never use loose bushing rings or washers and you should take extra care mounting the sawblade on the spindle of the saw machine. The feature precisely machined and reamed bores for a perfect fit.
