Returns via Collect+ 

• Complete the Returns Form   and pop a copy into the parcel with your return.

• Fill out an online booking form here & select Boys & Boden Ltd as the delivery address. 

• NB You will be required to pay for the return. If you are returning faulty items the cost of returning the items will be refunded.

• Take your parcel to any Collect+ location. Most Collect+ locations are open 7 days a week. Click here to find your nearest Collect+ location.

• Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt.

• The return can be tracked using the tracking reference from your receipt at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.

• We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.

• Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on the payment method you used.
