Self-guided trimmers with bearings mounted on end of cutter.
Use for trimming plywood or plastic overlay. When copy profiling, use bearing to follow a template or base edge of board.
Leave a maximum of 3mm overlap before copy profiling.
When using plastic laminate always let laminate adhesive dry before trimming.
This prevents the guide bearing clogging up.
Refs. T46/1, 46/2 and 46/20 are downcut to protect against breakout on veneer.
Ref. 46/211 has a sleeved bearing to enable regrinds when resharpening.
