Trend PROFESSIONAL Quality Router Cutter - 1/4" shank. Specially designed cutter for aluminium composite cladding material such as Alucobond, Dibond which comprises an aluminium cover with polyethylene core.
The v groove cutter routs into the cover and part of the core to allow the folding of the material by hand.
Ref. ALU/01 has a 90 degree inclusive angle with a 3mm flat at the base and is used to create a 90 degree fold.
Recommended speed is 12,000-15,000 RPM, with feed speed at 400 - 600 mm/min. depending on the thickness and the machine (hand or CNC machine). Cooling is not required.
